Criterion # 4 (Unforeseen Circumstances)
If a coach has a case for his wrestler because of an injury or any other unforeseen circumstances, the wrestler's coach may make a case for the wrestlers and why he deserves special treatment. After the case is presented, all head coaches will vote on whether to give him special treatment or not.
=========================================================================================================================
Note: A coach may challenge another wrestler with higher seeding points IF that wrestler is within 10 points (OR TEN PERCENT) of the one above him. There is no exception to this situation regardless of the number of seed points or past place winner of the challenging wrestler.
If
the wrestler below has beaten him head-to-head, he will move ahead of the
wrestler that has more points. If they split matches, the tie-breaker goes
back to the total points, and the wrestler with the most points gets the seed.
